What I'm noticing is that terraforming a sector does not appear to change that sector's terrain influence on exploitations, and it doesn't actually seem to ever change your economic output of a city even when you DO have the right doctrines available. It doesn't even change the economy screen's summary of potential exploitation levels, as far as I can see.Īm I missing something here, or is it just pointless?Įdit: To clarify, I am aware that the Amazons have various doctrines and buildings that add economic benefits to cities that have forests. I can't actually figure out if it's actually doing anything for me beyond removing my roads, which just makes travel slower.
